CHORO PRO SANTO
Instrumental trio, jazz, latinjazz

The group Choro Pro Santo was born in 2005 with the aim of interpreting classic Brazilian compositions from various eras. Formed by Adriano Dias (7-string guitar and rabecolão), Thadeu Romano (accordion) and Fábio Bergamini (drums and percussion), musicians who are references in their instruments, their performances pass through the popular imagination, with interpretations of traditional Brazilian instrumental music known as “chorinho”, the main characteristic of the group being the joining of three virtuoso instrumentalists in an unusual and original formation. Its repertoire includes classical music from Pixinguinha, Hermeto Pascoal, Baden Powell and Ataulfo Alves to Vila Lobos, Albinoni, Tchaikovsky and Stravinsky, as well as original compositions. Releases his first album in April/2022.
